LDTViewer - Layout Data Type Viewer (with 3D)

LDTViewer and LDTViewerPro are programs for browsing IC layout files (in GDSII and OASIS Formats used in EDA industry). They are specifically designed to handle large files in current chip designs and to verify visually geometry and hierarchy of the layout.
